Cancellation Policy
1 May - 31 October: cancellations made within 7 days of the check in date will incur a penatly fee equal to the first nights accommodaiton charges. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. 1 Nov - 30 April (excl peak dates): cancellations made between 15 to 7 days prior to arrival will forfiet 25% of the total booking cost, 7 days or less, 50%. 21 Dec - 10 Jan: cancellations made between 20 to 7 days prior to arrival will forfiet 50%, 7 days or less, 100%.
